An evening of incredible food, great company and wedding menu magic.
Choosing your wedding menu is one of the best parts of planning and at LittleWolf we make sure it’s an experience to remember.
Recently, we hosted a group of our couples for an exclusive wedding tasting at Space on Crummer, where they had the chance to experience our menus just as their guests would. From exquisitely crafted canapés to abundant shared platters and an interactive ice cream station, the evening was a true reflection of what makes a LittleWolf wedding unique – bold flavours, exceptional presentation, and a whole lot of joy.
The First Impression
As our couples arrived, they were greeted with glasses of champagne and an array of beautifully crafted canapés, each designed to be effortlessly elegant, full of flavour, and easy to enjoy while mingling. The menu featured a balance of comfort and creativity:

The Main Event
We believe in wedding food that brings people together and that’s exactly what our sharing style mains do. For our tasting, we designed a seasonal menu that showcased the kind of rich, layered flavours we love to serve at weddings. Tables were adorned with homemade focaccia with fermented chilli and honey butter and bowls of butterbean hummus with dukkah to begin.
The entrée selection was a celebration of fresh, vibrant ingredients, including:
- Snapper ceviche, orange, fennel, chilli, mint, and olive oil (df, nga)
- Fresh burrata, courgette crisps, mint, and olive oil (nga, v)
For the main course, we presented an abundant selection of slow-roasted meats, delicate seafood, and seasonal sides, designed to be passed around the table, creating a relaxed yet elevated dining experience.
- Glory Bay salmon, hickory-smoked with maple and pomegranate glaze, preserved lemon, fine herb salad (df, nga)
- Whole bone-in Hawkes Bay lamb shoulder, slow-roasted with salsa verde and fine herbs (df, nga)
- Garlic-roasted new potatoes, shaved parmesan and truffle aioli (nga, v)
- Seasonal green vegetables, kale and hazelnut pesto (nga, v)
- Baby gem lettuce, parmesan and garlic dressing, pangrattato (nga, v)
- Balsamic beetroot, baked ricotta, and sorrel (nga, v)

The Sweetest Finish
No wedding is complete without something sweet, and for this tasting, we wanted to showcase something interactive, playful, and completely indulgent – our new LittleWolf Ice Cream Station.
A touch of nostalgia, a little bit of fun, and a lot of deliciousness, it’s the kind of experience guests won’t stop talking about.
